1. Purpose of the Guarantee
These warranty policies apply to all products manufactured and sold by Manufacturas Económicas. The warranty covers manufacturing and quality defects, including but not limited to:
Broken or damaged products.
Unstitched seams.
Torn fabrics.
Dropped inputs.
Laundry-related issues, such as stains or incorrect color tone.
2. Claim Process
To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must:
Send a claim form, accompanied by a photograph and/or video of the damage, lot reference, purchase invoice, and details of the expected negotiation.
Indicate whether the product was purchased nationally or internationally. For international claims, a quality note will be issued. For domestic purchases, physical returns of the product are accepted.
3. Guarantee Evaluation
All returned products will be subject to an evaluation to determine if they meet the conditions of Manufacturas Económicas' warranty policies.
Returns and claims must be made within 30 days of product delivery.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Damage due to misuse or negligence of the customer.
Normal wear and tear from use of the product.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
5. Return and Exchange Process
If the product is eligible for warranty, Manufacturas Económicas will proceed to:
Repair the product at no additional cost to the customer, or
Exchange the product for one with similar characteristics, or
Refund the amount paid, if repair or exchange is not possible.
